It is a fact that there are many students at class VIII in Junior High School who can not use English as a means of communication. One of the reasons is their they shy to expression, bad and minus vocabulary. It is solution by The Community Language Learning (CLL) method. For the reason, the writers try to apply a method in teaching English, especially in teaching speaking by using The Community Language Learning (CLL) method.
The research problems were formulated as followed as follows (1) How is students’ achievement in speaking before they are taught using the community language learning (CLL) method? (2)How is students’ achievement in speaking after they are taught using the community language learning (CLL) method? (3)Is there any significant different of student’s achievement in speaking in they are taught using the community language learning (CLL) method and after they are taught using the community language learning (CLL) method?
The purposes of the study are : (1) To find the students’ achievement in teaching speaking before they are taught using the community Language Learning (CLL). (2) To find the students’ achievement in teaching speaking after they are taught using the community Language Learning (CLL). (3) To describe the any significant difference between the students’ achievement in teaching speaking before and after being taught by using CLL method.
Method of the research: Experimental research design. It is intended to find out any significant difference on speaking before and after they using The Community Language Learning (CLL) method in teaching speaking of class VII in MTs Al Huda Bandung Tulungagung. The method of collecting data is administering test. The technique of data analysis is using T-test.
The formula of T-test as follow:

The finding of the research was that the t count = (-0.096 ). Whereas, t table significance at 5% = (2.02). It is significant difference. It is known from the t count is smaller that t table = -0.096 < 2.02 this means that there was significant difference T-test and t table. Difference between the students’s speaking score before and after were taught by using The Community Language Learning (CLL). In other word, the use of this technique is not effectiveness to improve the students in teaching speaking for class VIII at MTs Al Huda Bandung Tulungagung.
