ABSTRACT : The electoral democration takingplace in Pilkada Ponorogo 2010 has remained at step of 'theatrical democration' or democration of performance. It is showed that society maturation in the politic is still at step of learning process in which the process of social exchange has taken place in society based on calculation advantage and disadvantege : reward, cost and profit.
